Do you train remotely or on-site?
Both. Most clients prefer in-person for workshops and 1:1s where it matters, with remote for follow-ups.
What topics can you cover?
Difficult conversations, performance management, absence, first-time-manager fundamentals, feedback and appraisals — or something bespoke.
How many managers per session?
Up to about 12 for a workshop, so everyone gets to practise. 1:1 coaching is one at a time.
