We review contracts, policies, prior correspondence and evidence, and tell you honestly where you stand.

A written plan: who does what, by when, with sample letters and scripts. You sign it off before anything is sent.

Can you take on a hearing this week?
Usually yes. We hold reserve capacity for urgent ER work and aim for same-day response on cases received before 4pm.
Do you act as an independent investigator?
Yes — we're regularly appointed as the external investigator on grievance, dignity-at-work and protected-disclosure cases.
Will you attend tribunal as a witness?
Where we've run the process, yes. We prepare bundles and witness statements as part of the case file.
Can you act for both employer and employee?
No — we act exclusively for employers, and recommend the employee takes independent advice (funded by the employer in a standard settlement).
