You call or email with the issue. We agree the urgency, the goal and the scope on a short call — no charge for the first one.
Document review
We review contracts, policies, prior correspondence and evidence, and tell you honestly where you stand.
Strategy & plan
A written plan: who does what, by when, with sample letters and scripts. You sign it off before anything is sent.
Run the process
We chair hearings, take notes, draft outcome letters and manage appeals and ACAS conciliation if it gets there.
Embed & learn
A no-blame debrief and a one-page lessons-learned note so the same issue doesn't come back.
